Privacy & cookies

What we measure ourselves

To understand how the app is used (where people drop off when sending money, which card people prefer) we record events like "the send screen opened" or "a top-up completed". These events never include the exact amount, your balance, the recipient, your card number, or anything that would let anyone reconstruct a specific transaction — only categories (for example, "between $50 and $200", never the figure). They're stored in our own database, not a third party's, for at most 400 days.

Google Analytics (optional)

In addition to the above, and only if you accept the notice shown the first time you visit, we use Google Analytics for general usage statistics (which pages get visited, from which country, on which device). Until you accept, this script does not load and no Google cookie is set. If you accept, Google may set cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) to recognize you across visits. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the notice back.

This script never loads on the screen that shows your full card number.

Cookies

The only cookie we set ourselves is the session cookie, needed to keep you signed in — it is not used for analytics or advertising. Your choice on the Google Analytics notice is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie.

What we never store in analytics

Passwords, PINs, session tokens, card number or CVC, IBAN, identity documents, wallet addresses, your name, email, phone number, postal address, IP address, or any free text you typed. None of these fields exist in our product analytics system.

Your data, your rights

You can ask us at any time what analytics data we hold linked to your account, or ask us to unlink it from your identity. Reach us through the app's help channels.
