If something goes wrong
- I lost my phone.
- Log in from any browser and revoke that device's session: whoever has it instantly loses access to your card. If you also want the card blocked on the network, the issuer handles that — message your account manager.
- I don't recognize a charge.
- Open the transaction and you'll see the merchant, category, method, reference and location — the information the issuer will ask for to open a dispute.
- I need the full card number.
- It's requested on the spot and shown only while it's on your screen. It isn't stored on the device or visible again the next time you log in.
- I made a top-up and it isn't showing.
- Top-ups are confirmed by the issuer via bank transfer. The pending amount is shown separately from your available balance, so you know whether it's on its way or already credited.
Frequently asked questions
How do I top up my card?
Top-ups are processed by the issuer via bank transfer, outside the app. Message your account manager with the amount and card, send the funds using your reference as the transfer note, and your available balance updates as soon as the issuer credits them.
Can I have more than one card?
Yes. If your account has several cards linked to it, you switch between them from the summary or the card section, each with its own balance and status.
How do I get access?
There's no open sign-up. The issuer registers your email when they hand you the card, and you log in here with that same email.
What data does the app store?
Your email, your linked cards, and the history the issuer sends. The full card number and CVC are requested on the spot and are not stored in the browser.
